SBDC Lunch & Learn Office Hour Series
Join us for our new bi-monthly sessions with the Chicagoland Chamber of Commerce Small Business Development Center (SBDC). SBDC advisor Florence Hardy has real-world business management experience and will be available to help you with questions regarding topics such as business planning, business management, financial statement analysis, cash flow management, record-keeping, bank financing, exports, and imports, developing personnel policies, marketing planning, and product innovation.
This is a recurring meeting that requires registration for each SBDC Lunch & Learn session.

Lakeview Roscoe Village Landlord/Tenant Panel Discussion
Join the Lakeview Roscoe Village Chamber of Commerce for a panel discussion on the state of Chicago commercial real estate and the landlord/tenant relationship. We are happy to welcome two veteran commercial brokers, Chris Irwin, Senior VP, Retail Sales & Leasing at Collier's International and Deena Zimmerman, Vice President at SVN Chicago Commercial to lead the discussion. Chris and Deena will provide insight into the current landlord/tenant relationship in light of the pandemic, offer ideas for how small business owners can work with their landlords on lease terms, and put the current commercial real estate market in context with previous financial and economic downturns.
